You’ve spent months planning for your ideal birth, and now you are home with your new baby. What’s next?

Many parents find themselves in a newborn fog the first month following delivery. As the days blend together you may find yourself feeling sleep deprived, unsure of what this new routine looks like, struggling to balance family needs and self-care. These obligations make transitioning, bonding, & facilitating successful routines difficult.

Our doulas work in concert with partners to anticipate your needs and highlight their strengths as you establish your "new normal."

What does a postpartum doula do?

“[Our doula] was a godsend. She came during a desperate time when my husband and I needed sleep and relief. Not only were we able to get a full night's rest but she provided guidance, encouragement, and comfort during an overnight shift and we look forward to continuing seeking her help and guidance as we navigate the postpartum period.” ~ Molly, Boise

Schedule your complimentary consultation today. Postpartum shifts start from 4 hours to 24-hours, 7 days a week.
