Documentary photography of labor and delivery captures your story in a way that only the heart can remember. These timeless memories of the most important days of your life deserve the care and detail that only a professional can provide. Having a dedicated professional photographer to capture this important day frees your partner or support person to focus on you and the experience of labor and birth; it also allows partners to be in the images and not behind the camera.
Custom slideshows, canvases, and birth announcements are available for an additional charge. We would be happy to put together a quote to address all of your wants and needs.
Every birth experience is authentic, beautiful and worth remembering. Not all hospitals will allow photographers in the operating room, however there are many special details of your day I am able to capture, including the excitement and nervousness leading up the birth, and moments following it while in recovery.
“The photos My Birth Photographer took of my daughter and husband during the brief time I was separated from them are so very precious to me. I get a glimpse into the few things I missed.”
You will receive one teaser image with in 48 hours of your delivery. Your finished gallery will be completed one to two weeks after your delivery.
Your photography is both intimate and sacred, which is why we only share images that you approve in your online gallery and slideshow video.
